Bylaws Approved!
Article XIII, Section 1 of the IBRBS Bylaws requires approval by two-thirds of the voting members to adopt changes to the Bylaws. 2021 Higher Education School Scholarships are open April 1 to July 31, 2021
IBRBS is pleased to announce that our 2021 Higher Education School Scholarship Program has begun accepting applications, effective 4/1/2021, with online submissions continuing through 7/31/2021.
