Article XIII, Section 1 of the IBRBS Bylaws requires approval by two-thirds of the voting members to adopt changes to the Bylaws. With 85% voting Yes, members have overwhelmingly adopted the recommended changes. Effective immediately upon approval, the Bylaws changes are already available on the IBRBS website.
