IBRBS is pleased to meet members’ request for education with a NEW benefit: Mentor Moments – exceptional training exclusively available to IBRBS members. Mentor Moments fosters growth, collaboration, and skill-building through online sessions that are both interactive and enriching.
Mentor Moments is a monthly online session (January-October) led by a respected Christmas educator who shares their expertise on a subject important to Santas, Mrs. Clauses, elves, and other professionals who create Christmas magic. We record the sessions and make them available to members from the member dashboard.
It’s easy to register – go to Mentor Moments, select the session you want to attend, fill out the registration form, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with the link to a Zoom session. You’ll have a chance to pose questions on the topic as part of the registration process, and they are shared with the presenter to address during the session.
Do you have a topic you want to present to fellow members? In 2026, we will expand the program to offer members the opportunity to present, sharing your expertise with fellow members and contributing to this vibrant community of Christmas professionals dedicated to improving the art of being a Claus.
