AFFIRMATION OF THE IBRBS (INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF REAL BEARDED SANTAS) CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, AND CODE OF ETHICS AND RULES OF CONDUCT POLICY

According to the Bylaws of IBRBS, the Conflict of Interest Policy and Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct Policy must be executed each calendar year by all IBRBS Directors, Officers, and Committee members as they are seated.

Agree to comply with these Policies, Rules and Codes, and hold myself to the high standards specified within these documents as I serve as a representative of this organization and an ambassador of Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, and all Christmas performers, and the Christmas spirit.

Understand not-for-profit *

Understand that IBRBS is a not-for-profit corporation and, in order to maintain its federal tax exemption, must engage primarily in activities that accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes as outlined in its vision and mission statements. This form must be signed and submitted promptly to the IBRBS Secretary upon accepting any position, elected, appointed or volunteer. Electronic submission of your signature upon this document will be deemed the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement, and satisfies the requirement to submit to the IBRBS Secretary.
