The IBRBS Scholarship Committee is proud to announce the 2026 application availability for the Thomas Carmody Christmas School Scholarship. Named in memory of our dedicated long-time Membership Officer, Tom Carmody, these scholarships serve as a premier member benefit to help you grow and refine your skills as a professional Christmas character.
Each year, the committee accepts and evaluates applications to award up to twelve individual scholarships of $250. These funds may be used to attend any qualified Christmas School, including various in-person, online, and home-study programs. You may find a complete directory of these qualified programs on our official list located on our membership area.
For scholarships being awarded in 2026, applications will be accepted starting February 15th through March 20th. Award recipients will be determined by the committee and announced in late April. We encourage all eligible members to take this opportunity to invest in their craft.
