  • Blood Drive: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
  • Golf Tournament: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Activity: All Day
  • Hospitality Room: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Vendors* Set-up: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Sooner if possible)
  • Welcome Reception: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Ladies of Christmas Reception (open to ALL women @ the ISC): 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Group Picture: 6:15 PM

  • Hospitality Room: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Workshop Sessions #1: 9:45 AM – 10:45 AM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Workshop Sessions #2: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Sit Down Lunch: 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM (Main Banquet Hall; Upper Level)
  • Workshop Sessions #3: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Workshop Sessions #4: 2:45 PM - 3:45 PM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Break Out Sessions 4:00 PM (small groups getting together to discuss what they heard in the workshops) Class rooms and other areas can be used for these gatherings
  • Dinner is own your own at the hotel or local restaurants (See maps for selections). Shuttle service will be available.

  • Workshop Sessions #5: 9:45 AM – 10:45 AM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Workshop Sessions #6: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Lower Level Classrooms)
  • Box Lunch: 12:15 PM - 1:15 PM (Main Banquet Hall; Upper Level)
  • Workshop Sessions #7: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM (Lower Level Classrooms)
